I know this, but do they do these things for that show? I'm just talking about the dog "shows", not other contests. I've actually helped out at shows for sighthounds where they do lure coursing and stuff like that. That stuff is sport.

Couldn't they at least catch a frisbee or something at Westminster instead of just prancing around?

hey, if they can have stupid figure skating at the olympics, i guess they can call the dog show a sport.

but i get your point. it's not a sport, it's an activity.

and i'd watch figure skating if they would allow a hockey player to come in now and then and throw a hip check. now, that would be sporting!
