Talk about fiddling while Rome burns... Who do you think is going to pay for this, I mean besides the taxes that will be used to enforce and monitor? Well the initial answer is fairly obvious. I mean who's going to absorb the cost that the Oil Giants will endure to reformulate their fuels? Every refinery will need to be retooled. Is that included in the the 35 bil? Of course not - welcome to 6.00 a gallon gas. Thanks O!
