11/23 (DeD): Jackpot, Princess (G3's), Mile, 5 undercard stakes

Will be there for 7th time in past 8 years. I supported Delta Downs after Hurricane Katrina and Jackpot has become annual journey for me. Great, friendly staff there. Change from night-time to daylight card has been boon for getting families and children out to see horses compete.

Big Bazinga will either make me some bucks or cost me a few pesos Saturday. Grey Cup competitors usually do well in this race. Adds Rosie who knows this track, too. Delta Mile has another competitive field. This race may finally get Grade 3 designation in 2014. Jackpot could climb to Grade 2 as its competitiors, lead by Goldencents, have fared well in 2013 race year.

Again looking forward to fun-filled afternoon in lovely Vinton, Louisiana...

I just got here as we are running a few, I actually do not mind coming here the only negative thing I see is the weather forecast for Friday and Saturday is pretty bleak, with a good chance of Storms.

Great job today with Mary Rampellini & Don Stevens! Looking forward to fun time in SW Louisiana tomorrow afternoon.

My longshot of the day is Big Bazinga. Woodbine horses seem to transfer well to Sabine Sand.
