If the trainer isnt responsible for getting his horse over to the paddock, he needs to make sure he has help capable of handling that duty. Its not Rocket Science. The grooms should know their horses names, know what they look like, and know when they run. If for some reason there is a communication breakdown, its the trainers fault, and only the trainers fault.
