I'm against Cross Traffic in the JCGC and think the 3 year olds have a chance.

Here was this morning's conversation with the preschooler (true story):

"Why does Daddy have to go to work today?"
"Because he needs to earn money for us."
"So I can bet on my number 3?"
(pause)
"Yes. Yes, he earns money so you can gamble. Eat your AlphaBits."

We'll be going to Belmont on Saturday. I would send the pins to Sighty, but I think the kid is going to lay claim to them.

This sounds like my life. He can only watch a very little bit of TV...so when he wants to watch he says, Watch Horsey Race to tempt me....very sharp.

I kind of think the same thing. Travers Day was nice but not as good as this and the way the turf was playing up there was a disappointment.

Seems like everybody and their mothers are on Slumber today.

How often does that work out though? We shall see later.

In line to get in, listening to and elderly Manhattanite recount every racing tragedy of the last 40 years. SAVE ME.
