![]() He 100% cost his horse in the 2nd race the win by not going to the rail and maintaining the lead. Not only would his mount then have taken advantage of the gold rail, that has existed throughout the meet, but Javy's mount would not have been able to do so. It was a poorly judged ride.

![]() In my opinion, when a rider stays that wide in the backstretch, it encourages others to go after him early up the inside. I've seen that happen time and time again, and yesterday's last race was no different. Lasso came up inside of him, and not so coincidentally, they were both distanced at the end.
