I was able to figure this out for Chrome. Maybe it helps someone else. Either way feel free to move to a different section of the site
Go here... http://www.interoperabilitybridges.c...ion-for-chrome Right click and save on desktop Open Chrome extensions page Drag file in from desktop Agree to install Close Chrome once installed Then in chrome I went back to http://streamredirect.capitalotb.com/otbstream/ It started steaming live right away. And that ends that
