What does an all race mean in WO 9, I opened a Pik 3 with Steve's piks, thanks guys if you could explain!

Every horse on your ticket is a winner in this leg. You get through, but your ticket overall is devalued since everyone who is alive after the first leg gets through to the third leg.

An ALL race refers to a change of race type made AFTER a multi race wager has been started.

In this case... Race 9 at Woodbine was REMOVED from the Turf and run on the Poly. Therefore, any horse entered in race 9 is considered a Winner, no matter who won the race for multi race wagers (Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 6)

I do not believe that is the case IF a Pick 3 was started with the first leg as having the "change of menu race" thou.
