![]() Its a great card at Calder. Both main 6f drew large and competitive fields
Betting wise it looks great. Meanwhile We have a 4 horse field in the Swaps, 5 horse field in the Hollywood Gold Cup and a 5 horse field in the Suburban. Rout races are dying a slow death. |

![]() Steve,
Im down here in South Florida excited about heading to Calder for Summit of Speed. I seem to recall that a bunch of the low priced invaders have not run well here in the past probably due to the heat and humidity. Can you ask Mike W on Friday if he recalls this, or has any stats? Thanks, Bill |

![]() Huh, didn't realize the Smile Sprint winner Bahamian Squall is fellow competitor Apriority's half-brother. Both are out of Midway Squall.

![]() Highlight of the day was Smile by far with heartening Jackson Bend effort and courageous try by Trinniberg. Both sets of connections a tad disappointed but relieved to have their stars back towards their good form.

![]() That will be good for my wallet. I don't think I've ever had a profitable Summit of Speed day.
