One would hope when the P5 is installed it is a $1 or $2 base minimum wager, with the pools big on weekends and Saratoga you could have some very serious carryover opportunities.
So they should have a $2 minimum Pick 5 when every other low takeout Pick 5 has a $.50 minimum? The main goal is to attract players like asudevil, not create carryovers.
