I go to Chicago each summer for a month to visit the wifes family.My daughters father-in-law owns horses at Arlington, so I bet mainly at the track.Never knew they took anything off the top at the OTBs. Very bad.
Not sure how it works but was told the location I go to is operated by Maywood (harness track) and it shows, place is a dump.
