Red face

no. any info from torture is suspect, just like a coerced confession. is it truth, or what the person thinks his interrogators want to hear?

What do you base that on? May be the silliest statement I have ever seen posted.

No way, knowing some of the things that have shown up on this board, that its the silliest statement ever.and i base it on everything I have ever read, seen or heard on the subject. Whether the subject was Elizabethan england and sir Francis Walsingham, or Cromwell and Henry the 8th, or modern times. At any rate, rest assured i didn't just make it up.

Look, I'm in the middle of the Ozarks, on my phone. Go look it up, I don't have recourse to cite sources right now. Besides, I think this guy will give up everything he knows.

are you heading out to see the Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Jackie Blue ?

Boston Police will have no problem making him talk. Hell they beat confessions out of innocent guys if the need arises. A guy who did it shouldn't be a problem

Far as I know, as long as he is willing to talk they dont have to mirandize him. Soon as he says lawyer, that's pretty much it.

They arrested him and invoked some federal statute that allows bypassing Miranda...but not clear if they can use anything he says...
