Pretty serious filly running a big number without lasix in only her 2nd start.
I'd expect her to run in a stakes next out with lasix |

Something tells me that wasn't just a freak accident with Basilone in Tampa's 5th. $425k purchase debuts for $12,500 at Gulfstream, doesn't get claimed, runs surprisingly well yet is still sent to Tampa to run for $8,000, makes no impact in the race and breaks his leg while backing up. Ugly, ugly stuff.

p3 3 / 8-9-11 / 1-3-8-10-11 Missed the Tampa race Joe but running unsound horses is cruel to the horse and unsafe for the jocks -- the bettor - no one gives a **** |

Better than a sharp stick in the eye Jim.
Too bad that the 6 didn't switch leads when he ran up on the favorite.
