Default Where is leparoux

Super nice guy and a great one-dimensional rider; the sarcasm and "roasting" strictly about his style. Angel Cordero, Jr. he's not! Lighten up a little.

I love Leparoux riding for Jonathan Sheppard on a George Strawbridge horse, but I know not to look for him early.

"Roasting" and sarcasim is what this site appears to be all about. Mostly negative digs at pretty much everthing in the industry

Actually this site is a place for people to exchange ideas and opinions and hopefully win some money.

It's like being at the track, only on your computer. Do people get all huffy when there is sarcasm and negative digs on the industry at the track?

Some would say....."Have a take and don't suck" to coin a phrase. No offense intended, hopefully none taken....

No, this site is about handicapping and enjoying the races. If you weren't being Ms./Mr. Sensitivity you might have taken away from the comments above that certain horses are better suited for the way Leparoux tries to ride nearly every race he has a mount. Being a super nice guy doesn't change the fact that he hasn't burned up many a horse in frustration when he fights with them.

Wow.. That conclusion is drawn based on some good-natured ribbing of Leparoux's riding style? Guess it's a matter of perspective. I'm regularly accused of being one of the sport's biggest pollyannas; the site is widely known for taking a highly positive view of the game and we actively roust out the phony, agenda-toting trolls who don't bet, own or contribute to the industry in any way. I find Derby Trail endlessly cheery and mirthful..

Pollyanna is far and away the best movie ever put out by Disney!!

That movie goes to show you two things.

No good deed goes unpunished.

Positive outlooks will eventually break your back!
