XPB does have a rebate program. Not sure of the specifics, you can call cust. service for all the details.

They run it month to month, the first of every month, they deposit your rewards directly into your account.

Also nice that you can do direct deposit/withdrawal and there are no fees for any of that.

I've used them for years and never had any issues. Not sure where you live, but in PA you can also deposit/withdrawal at Meadows or Ladbrokes.

Looks like they have a nice sign up bonus for the Breeders Cup, but apparently you can't open an account if you live in Philadelphia.

I called and asked, 8k a month for 3 straight months to be eligible.
