Make donations when you are supposed to dead beat.

for those who don't know, Brilliance (very appropriate name) and I had a head to head thing at PA a few years back. I crushed him (he's one of the worst handicappers ever) and the stipulation of our bet was he was supposed to make a $100 donation to a breast cancer charity.

He didn't and still hasn't. So he follows me around the internet now. It's pretty awesome.

It was pretty funny that the shortest price, by far, in the P4/P5 sequence was the $7,500 claimer.

Head scratching horses very rarely win at that level when it's open.

Horses racing at that level who win are typically hard knocking and like to win -- occasionally you will see big droppers as well... but they are more likely to enter dated races than opens.

The dated $7,500 and the $7,500 lifetime condition races are often ugly races generally speaking. It's horses who are in form but find ways to lose VS horses who are dropping from the sky and have obvious issues.
