The Secret Service has no way of knowing if a person is serious or not. That is why they investigate. If a person threatens the President (in an internet post), they will probably be arrested even if they weren't serious. You're not allowed to threaten the President.

What are the odds that breeziedeeznuts will follow through on his threat? I would say the odds are extremely low but there is no way to know for sure.
