Those fractions in a Grade 1 race are an embarrassment to every jock not named Castellano. They had to be strangling their horses in order to keep them that far back behind that pace.

It is absolutely ridiculous, Mike, to allow that to happen in a race like that is an insult to every owner in that race other than Dayatthespa's. Why even bother showing up if your rider is riding for second?
