Good questions, he certainly doen't appear to have changed hands much via the claim box although he does dip into the claiming races from time to time on the higher end. There is no sale price listed. He is an Illinois bred. They spot him usually in allowances or small stakes in the region.

But like you say, he has the profile of a winner and the consistency that I admire. He just doesn't run any awful races.
