Discussing forcing American (supposedly free) women to bear the children of their rapist, or to continue a pregnancy when their life is in danger, is beyond the pale - might as well live in China.

There's a middle ground, and it's line is right at the inalienable right of personal freedom of a woman to control her own body. The line where the government controls my body ends at my skin - the government cannot force me to donate a kidney, they cannot force me to have plastic surgery, they cannot force me to bear a baby.

Government-forced childbirth should be fought by every person who believes in America and personal freedom.

Abortion is legal. If you want to decrease abortion, you must support organizations like Planned Parenthood, who provide accessible and affordable education, birth control, women's healthcare decisions. This lowers the incidence of elective abortion due to unwanted pregnancy and everyone knows it.
