The hysteria is always relevant.

Until you get in a BCS bowl you're not necessarily back, Irish.

Unless two decades of mediocrity have lowered your standards...then yes you're back!!

Two BCS bowls since 05, granted they were both losses. Is that good enough?

That's right. Forgot about those two.

Didn't they have like 3 or 4 losses one season and still got a bcs bid?
