This is a very strange hurricane. Pressure is low enough for a cat 2. It's gigantic, and it's a huge rain maker.

We'll see if 14 billion was enough to fix the levee problem. The way our government wastes money I wouldn't be surprised if the real cost was 2 billion and the rest kickbacks.

We're really lucky it didn't gain steam over the gulf.
