![]() The sad thing about this thread, is that the horse has won enough money in its lifetime, to be taken care. Sadly he should not be racing as a nickle claimer, but be retired somewhere enjoying a pasture.

![]() Be afraid, last time he raced at this distance, he won!

The owner of Marco Be Good in his glory days was Terra Farm. They recently won a Queens Plate as an owner and won year-end awards in Canada. Would be a good gesture to offer a grand or two for him and retire him to the farm. |

![]() Beaten 20 lengths going 5 furlongs with a clear trip.
Hopefully the trainer is realistic and is able to find a decent retirement for him. |

![]() If not, you can probably at least use him a few more times.

![]() My wife says to contact Terra Farm and let them know about the status of the horse; chances are they have no clue and would be glad to take him in. Worth a shot.

Says they own about 50 horses -- 13 of which are broodmares. This horse was a soldier for a long time. I'm sure they wouldn't mind trying to help it assuming the current owner is reasonable and aware of what the horse is now. |
