FWIW, I checked the comebackers out of the UAE Derby. They are a combined 2-20, with the two wins coming from Mickdaam and Falls of Lora.
Mickdaam won the Chester Vase (G3) over 12F on turf (the next three finishers behind him didn't come back yet, and the last place finisher is 0-3 since). Falls of Lora won the listed Coral Distaff against fillies against nothing more than allowance company. He probably goes best on grass, but if you're going for a Euro there, Bayrir seems the horse to me.
