Paragraphs like this make me question how much horse knowledge that writer has. The damn bookmaker....trying to put one over on us....and obviously if a horse is small he can't run well...
he probably has no knowledge at all

Northern Dancer was on the small side. This has to mean Windfields cheated for him to win all those major race.

One of my favorite horses was megahertz. She was roughly the size of donkey.... i don't know how she won all those races.... oh wait it was the drugs..

The smallest serious race horse I've seen up close was BC winner Better Talk Now. With Pee Wee Herman's platform shoes, he might be 15.3.

Dark Mirage I believe, clocked in at 15.1 hands. What a filly.
