I strongly disagree. 9 had absolutely nowhere to run the entire stretch and a lot of horse. She couldn't have botched that more if she tried. Needs to go back to Fair Grounds. For her to be winning at 9% with the mounts she gets is ridiculous. 4 had clear run at least and the outside is almost always the place to be in Saratoga slop.

She stepped on the brakes at the 1/8 pole and took like 5 seconds to decide where to go. Ridiculous.

After watching the replay I see what you are saying. Don't know that the 9 would have beat the 4 but you are right on the ride and the 9 was moving well after the wire. That was not Rosie's finest moment.
