Judge David Reddy is on record saying he based his sentence on the recommendations of the correction department's pre-sentencing report and some head of local health from Burlington where he is also on or the head of the school board. The governor appoints both these positions hence my plea to him.
BTW I too am sorry there is not a further iggy button to block any of her posts via quotes but so be it.
