For me when you go through his PP's and you see that horse's two races at 7 furlongs, it became clear to me that the 14 was an overlay at 14-1. It is why I started the thread about the PP's in the paddock section, 7 furlongs tends to be a specialized distance that a horse can be moved up if they race well at it.

I agree, the race was turf at a mile (MTO), cut back to 7F on the dirt. Dropping down, looked playable to me .............but paid over $30????
