It's not about hurting his feelings... the point is, why would you keep on teasing someone about something they have no control over? There are plenty of people who date men that are built like Kevin and have no problem with it. Kevin would never call you a fatass because he doesn't insult someone based upon their looks (and I try not to either.) There are so many other things you could tease him about.
