Report from CD racetrack chaplain Ken Boehm at Audubon Hospital: Velazquez has broken right collarbone that will need surgery & plate. Velazquez hopes collarbone can be stabilized so he can have surgery in New York. Velazquez also having precautionary CT scan on his back.
