![]() That's basically what I meant, that if he is a permanent resident of Canada he isn't able to live and work in the U.S. indefinitely, and if he had a 6-month work visa and came here just before the Santa Anita meet on Dec. 26, that visa would be about to expire, in that case the move would make sense. Just speculation on my part, I have no idea what his legal status is.

MARIO GUTIERREZ: Since I came to Santa Anita, my goal was break into California circuit racing. So after all of this is done, I'm going to go back and make California my base and see how it is.
