It worked pretty good in the stands on Met Mile day, but you have to figure with so many people hitting the signal Saturday, it could get spotty. Usage generally gets crazy near the main events I've noticed at Pimlico and Churchill (latter was 3G signal) so I expect it to be much the same there.

I imagine that grandchildren will be coming to my house this weekend. My wife and I just got back from Vegas about 2 hours ago. My daughter (their mother) will think this is appropriate punishment for our having been gone out of town for a week. So, if there is nothing interesting on the Disney channel or no re-runs of the Real Housewives of New York, New Jersey, Orange County, or Atlanta, I may get to see the Belmont Stakes. Just kidding, we all watched the Preakness together and everybody seemed to enjoy it very much.

GP. SUPPOSEDLY we have reservations for the $25 buffet at Ten Palms. Will go downstairs for the Belmont, however. If there is a TC, I want to be surrounded by all the screaming degenerates.

DVR for me.

I will be searching for a little white ball somewhere in this mess when the race goes off. MaTH, where did we put that canoe? It looks like I am going to need it.

he has another, along the lines of 'it's bad form to pick up lost golf balls while they are still rolling'.

I would, A)- bring my swimmies. B)- stop by the range before the round (not to practice, but to load up on golf balls ).

Good Luck and Godspeed.......
