I don't know the answer to that, but if you happen to see a bunch of drunken deranged degenerates yelling at TV screens every couple of minutes for a horse to get up for 3rd place, run the opposite direction...quickly.

Good question. Haven't heard from Mr. Roanoke on his Belmont attendance. If he can get to Norhtern VA the morning of the June 8th, the Heels Express should have enough room to fit another passenger. After all, he doesnt take up much space.
