I don't think he meant to say this, did he? I don't bet sports, honestly have no idea but I would think plus 700 means you get 7-1, which is a horrible sucker bet in my mind.
He had to have been confused and clearly wrote it backwards. If casinos could get those kind of odds on every prop then they wouldn't be looking to replace sports books with slot parlors.
