ONeill then had a TCO2 violation at Hawthorne Race Course in Illinois, after the horse Stephens Got Hope finished seventh in the seventh race on April 3, 2010.


Currently, he has another TCO2 violation pending in California when blood from the horse Argenta contained 39.4 millimoles per liter of TCO2 before finishing eighth in the sixth race at Del Mar on Aug. 25, 2010.<<<
