| Getting Derby tickets outside of the track I have been to the Derby 4 times in the last 8 years, unfortunately we don't have tickets in advance this year. I was wondering if anyone has experience buying tickets outside of the track the morning of? Is there a popular street corner or area where people are selling tickets, and are they outragous prices? Thanks |

| You're probably better off buying on e-bay... |

| I believe your only hope is if there is bad weather.

| Depends on what you are looking for. There will be tickets, and quite a few being sold around the grounds. If you aren't looking for the premium seats in the clubhouse level, you can probably come up with some that are somewhat reasonably priced.

| Plan ahead by locating a place to watch the early races (a bar for example, preferably with internet). Before the first race its a sellers market. As the races progress you will get your best deal. |
