I am serious. I also freely admit I know very little about these kind of things. That's why I used The Green Monkey as an example.

I would think that any knowledgeable buyer would be wary of paying too much for the hype.
The bottom line is that a talented mare doesn't guarantee talented babies.

What about Dad? Bernardini was pretty darn good and already has some very successful offspring. No?

Bloodstock agents around the world will be relieved to know that you will not be able to steal their jobs too because you clearly know nothing about how to value a horse.

Wait a second weren't you a bloodstock agent? Remember when Garcia stiffed that horse and then you tried to make a deal for the horse? Shouldn't you be a quasi expert?
