I am not getting a download for hour 1 from either yesterday or today. Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

Still having the same problem, getting only hours 2 and 3. Am I the only one?

We did get hour 1 yesterday, but today again only hours 2 and 3. Sorry to complain, but I need to prep for the big weekend!
