To be fair. Here allegedly is Mr Ness's response from the comment section:

"Just to clarify assumptions. TBD security came to my barn at 8:30 break this morning for a stable check (there was no raid). I instructed my staff to cooperate with them 100% what ever they need we have done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide. They were very professional and cordial in thier search. Nothing illegal was taken. They took samples of my sweetfeed, supplements, vitamins, ulcer meds, etc, That was it. Why did they search my barn and no other trainer? Simple, because we do good. Do i think that is fair? No, but i guess it comes with the territory of being on top. I am not going to apoligize for winning 46%, in fact I am proud of our accomplishments. We (20 employees and 40 horses) are having a great meet at my home track and will continue to be the best we can be."
