Thinking of having anniversary dinner at Delmonico's in the Venetian. I hear that's pretty good.

Other than the fries Del's is a bit of a disappointment, I am a huge fan of Batali's steak place in the Pallazzo though it is called Carnevino. I know the dude steals from his servers but the meat there is so well aged it is amazing.
