Hes a really really nice horse. His PP's dont do him justice. If you could stand in front of him or get in the stall with him you would know youre in the company of a real racehorse. When he doesnt go to the track he gets nervous, stall walks, and just really slums around. He is one of those horses who just loves going to the track, he knows hes a stud.

I know Jamie wanted to just kick him out for the winter and bring him back for a serious 3 year old campaign. He just wants to track every day, never holds any heat anywhere, always comes back better than he goes out. He will be an impact 3 year old.

He's my Juvie pick. He has a stallions pedigree and that family has given us not only his sire Johannesburg, but also Pulpit, Tale of the Cat, and the amazing Round Table.

And none of them Kentucky Derby winners. Most of the female line from Round Table's sister Monarchy has teneded toward miler types rather than classic sorts. RT took after dad (Princequillo) more than Monarchy did, who took more after mom's side.

I make his odds 50-1.... I make his chances to win at a thousand to one. BBB

I was driving home from work, going over some races in my head, and I kid you not the race call that was stuck in my head the entire way was "and TEUFLESBERG is uncorking a huge move on the outside" ... I didnt get to the part where he wins or not, but that surprised the hell of me, and then to see this thread...could be worth $2!

round table...one of the most underrated horses ever. never gets as much attention as the other legends of the track. best turf horse ever in this country. and not too shabby on dirt either!!

Agreed... its why he's my Juvie pick and not my early Derby pick.
