Yes, the investigation was done and allowed Komen to "change their standards to not include orgs under 'investigation' " and defund only Planned Parenthood out of all of their receivers.

You're right, Stearns is disgusting. But Komen is, too. They are no longer a respected charity, they are nothing but a political front group for anti-abortion activists at this point.
