Perhaps you meant Albert King, he was a great player as well he passed away in 1992. It's ok, the sentiment is understood.

No clue, didn't he play for the Nets, or was that Bernard? Or both? Either way, different Albert. No wait, seems to me Albert may have played with the Sixers back in the Dr. J. days, i could be wrong?
