When Sanchez is on (which wasn't much this season) he's an excellent game manager. He has the ability to throw (much, much better than Tebow) although the current coaching staff hasn't allowed it. 5 and 6 yard routes with a legitimate deep threat in Santonio Holmes isn't going to cut it.

This season was doomed from the start for the Jets. It didn't seem like they were an actual team ever. Who is to blame for that? A lot of people and it should start with Tannenbaum and Rex Ryan. Let the sh.it roll down from there. But when your on field leader is your coach....never a good thing. Someone needed to step up and no one did.

i think the jets' woes have far more to do with coaching than anything. sanchez will be there longer than rex imo. i think sanchez can be a good qb-but his line doesn't seem to help him much from what i've seen. prima donna wr's don't help either. where was the 'c' yesterday when they needed him? on the bench, sulking.
