![]() that's true...because some people vote the party, not the person.
they have to redraw districts when there is a new census...the county quorum court here managed to re-draw all the lines, yet somehow managed to keep every incumbent in a district. that way no incumbent has to run against a fellow court member. absolutely fascinating.
