Wire act purpose was to control and eliminate bookmaking statute was narrowly drafted and should be strictly construed
To extend its reach to Internet gambling and poker was at best a tortured interpretation
My great governor never misses an opportunity to headline cash and states that CT will be looking at ways to allow online gambling including poker
Now if he only channel that fervor toward rebuilding the manufacturing base that once made this state great
