Incredible field. I'm very happy not to see Shadow Gates name here though. I mean isn't it time to give the old man a break?

He has done enough.

It's impossible, isn't it?

I guess all I can do is pick Buena Vista for the win since it's her last race and I'm sentimental. I know how good Orfevre is though and no question have to use him in the 2nd spot cause it really is between those two.

This is where I get mixed up. I know Victorie Pisa is 4 for 4 at Nakayama but well actually I just deleted what I wrote cause obviously both of us are fans of SO many of these horses (how many G1 winners in thie field? Almost all of them!).

One of the few I have not yet had any attachment to is Earnestly and I've gotta say, he looks really good right now so if I were playing (and I think I'll sit it out cause it's Christmas Eve and all).. if i were though I'd use him in the 3rd spot (maybe Tosen Jordan too) and fret over half the field to fill out the super.

A fan of waaaay too many. It's ridiculous!

Good luck to you, my friend, and may they all come home safe... and happy retirement to Buena Vista!

Lest I forget, Pelusa is out...

edit -

I'm a degenerate... I played a tri and a super and will leave it at that. Basically what I had said only I added in the horses I really like underneath (Rose Kingdom, Rulership, To the Glory, Jaguar Mail and 2 others that i can't think of right now!).
