Whatever it is, hard to believe Guerrero would be ruled off for anything worse than what he does to the sport day in and day out. This might explain why he has dropped below 40% on the year.

Cannon, how would you like to enter a race at Pen and maybe have about 5 Beatties, Ness, Woodard and Wells maybe as the other entrants

Woodard shouldnt be included in the same catagory.
