If you go to the doctor, ask for Biofreeze. It is the BOMB! I love this stuff. You have to get it from a dr., chiro or massage therapist. Lucky for me a woman at the barn is a massage therapist.

Sorry I didn't log on last night Genuine. I hope you are feeling better. Took me a week to be able to ride without pain. Sometimes the walking on the horse helps for sore muscles, but give that a few days before you try it.

Sounds like you landed like I did a week and a half ago. Aleve and Biofreeze is what I did. Time will heal you. Don't be a hypocondriac (however you spell it), but if you feel pain on the inside in a few days then make sure you get into see a doctor.
