He knew how tenuous his licensing is, he would have found a way to notify somebody....anybody, if he was stuck in traffic, sick, flat tire, sleepy, doesn't feel like riding horses, whatever.

Agree... and was just saying.. "I hope it's not the case"... knowing it most likely is.

99.9% he's using again.

I don't have a problem with his drug use. You're just keeping talented riders off horses and we're left with the good boys like Jon Court and Mike Luzzi.

I'd rather have PVal on a 10 day bender.

Very presumptuous for a man on quadruple secret probation that was just a no show for a card while the people closest to him had no idea where he was.
